Monica Inestroza-Curtis — known as Mic — is a speaker, storyteller, emcee, producer, and writer. Wildly obsessed with connecting deeply, uncovering stories, and creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, and valued. Her motto? #BADE — Be Anything, Do Everything.

Do you ever feel stuck in a loop — just going through the motions? I've been there. Stuck. Going through the motions. Doing fine and feeling nothing.
Then I realized something. I held the key the whole time. The only thing standing between me and the life I wanted was the story I kept telling myself about why I couldn't have it.
Watching too many women play small — not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked permission — I made a decision. I was going to dedicate myself to championing our journey. To boldly taking up space. To leaving our mark on the world.
No more shrinking to fit a box someone else built. No more "this or that." We are worthy of a life overflowing with purpose, love, and the freedom to pursue what actually lights us up.
