Someone points her out. Sometimes it’s a nomination. Sometimes it’s just someone finally saying her name out loud. Either way, it’s never because she asked for it — it’s because she earned it, quietly, without trying to.
We call her an Illuminator.
She is selfless — lighting spirits with a kind, generous soul.
She is an uplifter, with energy that’s impossible to ignore.
She reveals that compassion and love have the power to change lives.

We gather however the moment calls for it. Sometimes a quiet dinner. Sometimes a full gala. The mood decides. What doesn’t change: we put her in the room she deserves, say her name out loud, and for one night, the spotlight isn’t something she has to fight for.
That’s it. That’s the whole idea.
This isn’t for everyone. It’s for the ones who’d rather point the spotlight at someone else than stand in it themselves.
